Victoria Hair

Victoria holds the position of Group Director - EMEA Legal, for one of the world’s leading eDA software suppliers. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2005. Aside from Law Victoria has experience in Project Management, with the development of a national and international toll bypass service named ‘ihug phone’ using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology.

New Zealander by birth but British through and through, except anything involving NZ Rugby!

Christopher Ratner

Christopher leads our online content development team. He is also responsible for day to day management of Imperium Partners, together with account and relationship management. Before Imperium Partners, Christopher worked as an account manager specialising in business to business sales and business development. He has worked for clients across a wide range of industries including Interactive Entertainment, Investment Banking, Commerce and Leisure.

A lover of all sports, though very accident prone, Christopher is somewhat regarded as a professional armchair sportsman.

James Tyrrell

James is a Director and co-founder of an award-winning integrated public affairs and public relations consultancy. He has a strong track record delivering successful government relations and national media campaigns and has advised some of Europe's largest companies and organisations. Prior to joining to this role, he led the lobbying efforts of the UK retail industry as Public Affairs Manager at the British Retail Consortium where he secured numerous public policy changes in both the UK and Europe. He has a particular knowledge of London Governance having run the London Retail Consortium.

A keen traveller, James has travelled the world and has a passion for the great outdoors, skiing and scuba diving.

William Ings

William is currently Head of Graphics for an international engineering consultancy. William has been responsible for graphic design and illustration for a number of top design firms, newspapers, and journals since graduating from the renowned Central St Martin’s College. William is responsible for design and images at Imperium Partners.

On the rare occasions that he can have his crayons prised out of his hands, William enjoys Golf, Classic cars and Motorbikes.
